Emergency PTA Election and Bylaw Amendment meeting is to be held next Thursday, December 1st at 6pm via Zoom.
We will be looking for 2-3 members to be on the Bylaws Committee that would be working with our Recording Secretary.
On December 1st at 6 pm, the PTA will be having an emergency election;
The voting items are as follows:
1. Fill the Executive Board Officer positions for Vacancy (succession purposes):
A. Vice President
B. Financial Secretary
C. Correspondence Secretary
2. How the PTA will conduct their meetings:
A. Virtual
B. Hybrid
C. In-Person
3. Which day of the week would we conduct our monthly meetings.
