Emergency PTA Election and Bylaws Amendment Meeting

Emergency PTA Election and Bylaws Amendment meeting is to be held Thursday, December 1st at 6pm via Zoom.

We will be looking for 2-3 members to be on the Bylaws Committee that would be working with our Recording Secretary.

On December 1st at 6 pm, the PTA will be having an emergency election;
The voting items are as follows:

1. Fill the Executive Board Officer positions for Vacancy (succession purposes):
A. Vice President
B. Financial Secretary
C. Correspondence Secretary

2. How the PTA will conduct their meetings:
A. Virtual
B. Hybrid
C. In-Person

3. Which day of the week would we conduct our monthly meetings.

SBA Spirit Week: Nov. 14 – Nov. 18

School staff reserves the right to inspect all outfits, to make sure they are appropriate for the school day. If school staff determines that a student has arrived to school wearing something inappropriate, a family member will be contacted, and the student will be asked to change or given something else to where. Please use good judgment and discuss what you will be wearing with your parent/guardian before wearing it to school. Thank you.

11/9 - Parent Teachers Conference & Early Dismissal for Students

The Parent Teacher Conferences are virtual or over the phone, not in person.
Teachers will be reaching out to parents to set up appointments with you to discuss your child’s progress at this point in the school year. Yesterday, November 3, 2022, was the end of the first marking period. All students will be dismissed at 11:48AM on Wednesday.

The conference times are:
Wednesday Afternoon: 12:50PM to 2:50PM
Wednesday Evening: 5:00PM to 8:00PM

Las conferencias son virtuales o telefónicas, no presenciales.
Los maestros se comunicarán con los padres para programar citas con usted para analizar el progreso de su hijo en este momento del año escolar. Ayer, 3 de Noviembre de 2022, fue el final del primer período de calificación.

Los horarios de las conferencias son:
Miércoles Tarde: 12:50 a 14:50
Miércoles por la tarde: 5:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m.
El miércoles 9 de Noviembre de 2022 también es medio día de clases. Todos los estudiantes saldrán a las 11:48 a. m. el Miércoles.
