The Salute to Music (STM) program is a free Saturday morning music enrichment program for grades 4-8.

The program is an initiative of the NYC Public Schools (Department of Education), The Arts Office (formally the Office of Arts and Special Projects). Students could be taking private lessons, learning music after school, or participating in a religious music ensemble.

Children who succeed despite overwhelming personal, economic, and social obstacles do so often because of a caring adult in their lives.

Calling dads, step-dads, grandfathers, uncles, older brothers, etc. for Dads Take Your Child To School Day (DTYCTSD) at I.S. 238Q! It’s one day but can last all year! Events will be held throughout the school year!
