The March 12, 2025 PTA meeting will be at 5:00PM instead of 6:00PM. This meeting is NOT the PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES. Parent Teacher conferences are tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow evening, all virtual.

All students will be dismissed tomorrow at 11:31AM for a Half a Day of School.

Dear Parents and Guardians, we will be having an emergency drill on Monday morning, March 10, 2025. If you have any questions please call us.

This letter reminds families that New York City Public Schools is dedicated to protecting the right of every student to attend public school, regardless of immigration status, national origin, or religion; encourages families to continue sending their students to school; notes that we do not track students’ immigration status; and informs families about our protocols regarding non-local law enforcement entering our schools.

The PTA Meeting is tonight, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 6:00PM on Zoom. Click the link to register. Spanish and Bangla interpreters will be available. Please remember this is the PTA meeting, which is about parents connecting with each other on ways to help support the school. PTA meetings are not the place to discuss individual student needs or issues.

As some of you may have already experienced, we received the Safer Access Door Locking System last week. All visitors must not ring the video doorbell to gain access to the building. Please see below for the letters that went home with students.

All students are to enter the building in the morning through Exit 4 or Exit 5, which is located by the school yard. Not through the Main Entrance. The doors open at 7:45AM and will close at 8:30AM. If your child comes to school after 8:30AM then they will use the main entrance which is on 182nd Street. This helps us keep your children safe and prevent problems. Once again all students enter the building through Exit 4 and Exit 5. All students should be inside their classroom by 8:20AM.

All week from February 10th to the 14th, all NYC schools will be participating in Respect For All Week. Letters went home with students on Friday, February 7, 2025. Please click below for more information.
